I have been going to Lovely Nails for over 10 years. I have had Mai doing shellac and nail art for all 10 years!! All of the ladies are amazing and friendly!! The shop and always clean and professional ran. My entire family goes there and I have had several friends see my nails and I recommend them to the shop and now they have been going there for years.

Let me first start off by saying I have been here a handful of times. The very first time I came here I was a little disappointed in the customer service. I am unsure of who exactly did my pedicure, but she kept trying to upsell me and wouldn't take no for an answer. That was whatever, she did a good job so I came back a few times. However, this last time I went was the last straw. I talked highly of their $50 pedicure to my friend, so she did the same one as me. We substituted some items for others. My friend didn't want the shoulder massage so she agreed to have a few extra minutes for her feet/legs to be massaged. Which honestly, she didn't get much longer of a massage. They also failed to apply hot stones to her massage, which is one of the options for the $50 choice. Now my massage I

I don’t know who was at the table number 8 Saturday 7/20 wearing a dark blue top but if I knew her name I’d request for her every time. I’ve never had someone do my nails in acrylic to were I love them. Usually they are thick around the edges and I hate the way it looks. She did them so beautifully that they look like my natural nails. She was also very quick with it. 100/10

Always lovely. The ladies stayed passed closing to accommodate us. The manicures and pedicures were beautifully done and relaxing. I always have the massage chair going which adds to the experience.
