lovely nails

I occasionally go to this nail salon but haven't due to an incident a few years back when a worker yelled at me. I have been going lately, and my last visit was 8/1/26. My appointment was at 3:30pm, I went in to get a gel pedicure and nexgen on my fingers. The pedicure went great, however the gentleman who was supposed to do my nails was very unprofessional and rude. Prior to him doing my hands, I told him I need my nails really short due to being a nurse and a musician. He told me he understands and said he could do it for me. So he's doing my nails and I told him if he can cut the tip a little shorter (mind you, I know nail techs can do short nails because I've had it done before perfectly). The nail tech did not take his time doing my nails! They are uneven and not what I asked for. He put the acrylic way too far down on my nails where it’s on my skin! I will not be returning. #annasnailssalon #forthewin

Went to Lovely Nails in Rock Valley Plaza for a pedicure and a manicure and it was great. Pleasant, comfortable and both were fantastic. Pleasant conversation and price was in line for our area at $60.00. Would definitely recommend and I will be going back.

Service was impeccable! Welcoming environment/ service as soon as I walked in the door! Also, very clean and relaxing. New nail home, will definitely be back!
