Lovely Nails

Slightly disappointed with the service I received. I was able to be seen upon walking in which I appreciated. What I didn't appreciate was not getting the service I asked for. First I asked for a soak off of my overlay. However, the nail tech decided to wrap my fingers individually and because of this I didn't leave for 3 hours. My pedicure turned out great. What worried me was that there was no protective plastic covering the foot bowl. I also didn't observe any of the nail techs disinfecting the utensils. Finally my manicure was done horribly. She absolutely rushed I'm supposing because the acrylic she continued to wrap instead of soaking off like I first requested, took so long to come off please refer to the pictures. I won't be back.

Very nice little shop on the West Side of Pensacola close to NAS. Went for Pedi's with my best friend. My friend got her nails done also & they had one lady doing her toes & another doing nails at the same time. I decide to get a manicure & was extremely happy with it my nails look great. Prices are decent or comparable to most nail shops in the area. All the ladies working were very friendly will definetly go back again.

i walked in told them i wanted french tips on my toes. she proceeded to just use paint and then when i corrected it she overcharged me for misunderstanding what i wanted .

I regret to share my experience at this nail salon. My mother visited for a manicure and has been struggling with a nail fungus for the past four months as a result. She had been a regular customer and the only salon to do her nails for the two months prior to developing the fungus. When she went back to have her nails fixed and to get another manicure , the staff urged her to go to the emergency room because her nails were severely infected. Additionally, I received a pedicure that left my toe in pain for over three weeks due to something that was mishandled during the service. I believe there are serious hygiene issues that need to be addressed here. I urge potential customers to consider these factors before visiting. Never have I ever been so disappointed in my life!! I read reviews before trying a new place and it was all good things until I went today. I literally came home and cried my eyes out cuz these are horrible!!! I have to go back to my usual place which is 30 minutes across town to get these redone! I just moved over on this side of town and tried a new place closer to home but I guess I’ll use the gas to go back over on Davis hwy! Not to mention they charge me $40 and do great with my nails this place charged me $60 for horrible nails. And I also went thru 3 nail techs!!!! They just kept passing me off to different people! Like wth?????? Never go here!!
