Lovely Nails

Worst experience! The man who did my nails couldn’t speak any English so he didn’t understand when I was telling the shape I wanted. He didn’t understand my left hand and it wasn’t what I wanted but then when he started the right hand he did a completely different shape. I jerked my hand away and showed him the difference. He jumped up and told me the lady would have to finish. She made both hands look horrible. I wanted oval and she shaped them coffin. I left so disappointed! Also it was supposed to be $40 and she said no $45 for you. I still left a tip but I definitely shouldn’t have! Needless to say I won’t be back!

I went to this place before and the guy did a great job this time when I went, it was a different guy he sat at the front of the nail salon... I had to get a filling and I was missing three nails two nails on one hand and One nail on the other . the three nails that he put on I had to take all my nails off because the way he put it on he put the acrylic past my nail bed on my skin which causes water to get underneath my acrylic which caused me to get a fungus on my fingers so now I am taking pills to get rid of the fungus and I cannot wear nails for 6 months if you see your nails and it don't look right ask them to fix it because if not water will leak into your nail bed and you'll be paying for it in the long run... The three nails that he had to put on is the ones that got the fungus ..

I’ve been getting my nails done for 20 years this is by far the worse experience ever when I was getting my pedicure done the nail tech digged in his nose and thought he could still touch me then caught a whole attitude when I asked him to change his gloves I guess that’s why my toes painted crooked I got my nails done exactly ten days ago and 2 nails are gone JUST LOOK AT THAT SLOPPY WORK FOR $165 SMH NEVER AGAIN as I was leaving there were dead roaches on the floor this is a horrible place that traumatized me it seems all the nail shops have become lazy and not passionate about their jobs if there was a -0 I would have selected that option

Had a pedicure for the first time and it was lovely! I’m so super happy with my nails, the lady in chair 3 did an amazing job and it was exactly what I wanted. Thank you!!

This is what a $65 fill looks like. I asked for a chrome finish and when the tech started applying I questioned their technique- shared that’s not how it’s ever been done before at other salons. They clapped back that they have a different process. I questioned how messy the finished product was and was told it’ll get better the more I wash my hands. Um… what? Poor service. Poor quality.
