Lovely Nails

Been there 2 times so far, this is my current set and I LOVE THEM. I loved my first set as well unfortunately I have no pictures of them. Staff was nice and helpful. My nails are always so smooth no lumps or bumps and if there are any imperfections all I have to do is say something and they kindly fix it.

Ive had everyone in there do my nails and each time I leave womdering why I even try and go back. Convenient cause it's on the way to wherever I'm going but no longer will i pay or go somewhere we're they do my nails in not even 20 minutes. The shape is different on every nail. The polish isn't even. They rush and just throw your hand every which way. I mean I could say something but come on, how many times has that actually been in the customers favor. Saying it nice and respectful. I Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else!

Went there, because of location. So i get a pedicure. A man did it. I showed him that I had a sore foot he appeared to understand. He was rough, did a very fast job, and I was done before the lady sitting next to me. I noticed as I sit there having my foot jerked every which way, their health score was 80. I also noticed, how dirty the cart was he was using. He also poured remover in my color nail polish, which means my polish will come off sooner, and as I was leaving I made a point to look at their tables and carts and they were all dirty. I will not go back!!

Went in and asked for a gel manicure with French as my “color”. She literally took off my old polish, sanded my nails down, and painted my nails. Cuticles were never touched, nails were never cleaned off after sanding (aside from brushing dust off with her hands), and after she was finished, I still had polish on my skin that she didn’t even attempt to take off. When I made her aware of the polish needing to be taken off of my skin, she looked at me like I was crazy and took a file and tried to file it off. After I got back into my car, I noticed there was still leftover polish that I previously had that she decided to just paint over. Worst $20 I’ve spent and definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND.

they had a horrible attitude just for the nails to be mid. i understand we came in 30 minutes before closing time , but they willingly took us in , so there’s NO reason they should be rolling eyes, smacking lips, huffing and puffing, and snatching our hands!!
