Lovely Nails

The man who worked on my nails was so nice I hate to leave a bad review but my nails look absolutely terrible there are ridges that I don't think they smooth my nails out all the way before they applied the Polish because I could see them while he was applying the Polish I was hoping they would smooth out with the layers added. One of the nails is completely crooked and looks awful. ***Update***-I went back today hoping they would make things right but he basically said that my fingers were crooked is why the nails were crooked. I asked would you at least fix the ridges in the nails and he said that it was because I got regular polish and not gel polish and that he could change it to gel polish for me I'm sure for a charge. No way I left and got my nails fixed and looking amazing somewhere

I love this place!! The interior is newly renovated and so pretty, the people are so nice, it is centrally located on the west side. Larry is the best nail tech I have ever had. He makes effort to talk to you, is hilarious, and always does the best nails ever. They are never thick, and he never shys away from designs, no matter how complicated. To my surprise, he is also extremely reasonably priced. Thank you so much Lovely Nails!!

I always have the most pleasant experience every single time I go! I am a regular customer and change my nails quite often, but it’s easy to do with such affordable prizes and such talented nail techs. Larry is AMAZING! If I’m not sure what type of look I want, he comes up with one on his own and I am always pleased. My current set was his original idea. Everyone on staff is so friendly and professional. LOVE THIS PLACE!

Well I've been coming to this nail salon off and on for many years. The service and quality you get absolutely depends on the nail tech. Usually I get one or two of the nail techs that are patient and calm and I enjoy the experience. Not today, today I got a nail tech that rushed through both my manicure and pedicure and made me feel super anxious the whole time! He was very aggressive and it was extremely uncomfortable. He reached and pulled at my hands without warning. I usually recommend this place, but I'm going to have to reconsider. My friend went with me and she got a fill in and she was cut five times with acrylic left under her nails and all over her fingers when he was done. He also skipped steps during the pedicure and I was charged the regular price. When he finished his "work"

I wish there was a -5 star option. Hands down THE WORST experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I took my daughter to get her nails done with me for the first time and we both got the exact same full sets. 1. They wouldn't allow us the chance to look at the swatches and gave you a booklet that had very little options in it. 2. When the acrylic was applied it was the consistency of cooking oil, dripping off the brush, rather than the actual gel consistency it should be. 3. When the acrylic was "dry" I was able to barely press on the nail and bend it right in half. 4.I asked at least 4 times for "short as possible" length and eventually gave up repeating myself so they were way to long on hers and mine both 5.
