Lovely Nails

I was charged $65 for my pedicure 🤦‍♀️!!! My polish looks like my kindergartner did it !!! To make matters worse I was told the upcharge was because the polish on my toes is considered a “design”!!! It’s the same amount of polish regardless of color… I asked for a design on my finger nails and they aren’t good with designs so she basically just drew a line and add glitter paint. It took over one hour to shape my finger nails with the acrylic and they are still very uneven… waste of $110 I will not be returning. They basically nickel and dime you … change the prices as they see fit .no price list and she cut me so many times while drilling around my cuticle areas. They can’t deliver quality work

Amy is very nice. The man that sits at the door is rude! Amy doesn’t know very good English and EVERYTIME she would ask him a question about pricing for me he was snappy and quick. But when the Caucasian woman came in he was all “happy-go-lucky” when speaking to her. If I ever come back, it’s only because of Amy. The man needs to learn some manners when handling African-American women. There’s never anyone there when I go there, he may wanna try and keep any business he can get. Three stars for AMY ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I wasn’t a fan. Two main issues that didn’t sit right with me, first is that I did not get the design I wanted on my nails. I showed the tech my reference photo to get something similar before starting on my nails. She gave me attitude when I questioned about needing a nude color for the nail where the design would be, saying “🙄 so you want to change colors?” which obvi I need a different color to get the design I wanted and once I picked the color I needed she went on. When we got to the design part she did a flower that was fairly big and when I asked if the strawberries (the design of what I wanted will be pictured next to what I got) would fit, she said she couldn’t do it because the nails would be way too short. I get that I might’ve gotten the nails too short but her as the tech saw

Went for the first time. Any cut my nails to short. Rushed me to choose nail color that she put extra dip on....hideous! Aggressive for what she thinks you should have! Next
