Lovely Nails at the Falls

moved here from NH a few months ago and haven’t had my nails done out of fear of not finding a place that met the bar of my salon back home… finally took the plunge and will never go back. 10/10 have not stopped staring at them. not sure who did my nails but he was very gentle and the lady that checked us in was sooooo patient while we went through every shade of green until we found exactly the one I wanted. Can’t recommend them enough

The photos say it all. I have had these nails for 5 days. They are lifting, uneven, and the french tip is horribly asymmetrical. I asked the tech three times to fix it and he just touched the brush to a random spot on my finger and said “Better?”, and when I said no he did the same thing. Plus, they charged me an extra $15 on top of a $60 bill for “shape and length”. They did not mention it was an additional charge until the service was complete. These people are scam artists and the quality is terrible, do not go here.

My girls and I love coming to lovely nails! They are super patient with us and my 3 year old son that loves coming with us too!

I came in today for a gel manicure before my baby shower and left thinking about how I will never return. Not only did the polish look like my three year-old did it, but she also made my cuticle bleed, at no fault of her own and I didn’t feel it happen, but she just left it and painted the French manicure over the dried blood on my nail. I had a half broken nail, and she just threw some glue on it quickly before putting the base coat on. To charge $53 for a gel manicure is insane to begin with, especially when you messed them up…. And for those wondering, I would’ve asked for them to be redone but they claimed they were “too busy” to take anybody else with 3 customers in there, and I also had my three year old with me who was more than patient while I get these atrocious things done 😭😭😭
