LOVELY NAIL & SPA( PROFESSIONAL)

First time in trying a local nail salon for my daughter. Big mistake! Paid $75 for a horrific job. Called 06.28.24 prior to make appointment for 06.29.24 at 2pm today. Upon arrival there were 2 out 3 women available. The older women assisted my daughter and stated 1hr. Came back at 3pm. Stated in a snippy voice one more hour. Finally 4pm she was done. Upon getting home, I looked at nails, and it looked like a 5-year-old did them. Sanded actual nail to skin, causing bleeding. In addition, nail paint is all over. Upon cleaning them up myself with acetone, terrible job. Filed BBB complaint for refund. Update: 06.30.24 my daughter is in so much pain. Went to get them removed, and they were horrified too and stated nails were infected and swollen and to get medical attention if worsen. Unb

I came to Tammy with a difficult request and she absolutely KILLED it!! The Very Hungry Caterpillar looks just like the book! I don’t think I’ll ever get my nails done anywhere else!

I arrived well ahead of my appointment and was promptly seated for a pedicure. My experience was very good. The nail tech was very careful and skilled. He made me comfortable and listened to what I said. I think this may be the best pedicure I have ever gotten. The vibe at the salon is friendly and professional.
