Lovely Nail Spa By Be

My first time at Lovely. I was a walk in. Nick did an excellent job!! He did my nails exactly how I like them, square with sharp edges!! A lot of nail technicians don't or can't do the sharp edges. Also, Nick was nice and has a wonderful sense of humor!

PSA: PAID $65 FOR GARBAGE!! READ TILL THE END!!! I have gone to Lovely Nails by Be for about 2 years now and had very little problems. Around Christmas time, I asked for a simple green sparkle emerald green tip with a basic “Charlie Brown Christmas tree.” What I got is not what I asked for so I went back and got them redone by Nick; They were okay but not that much better. Yesterday I went to get nails done, booked an appointment with Ken for 3 but I showed up at 245. When I got there I said 3 separate times that I had an appointment with Ken but I did not get Ken. All I wanted was an acrylic soak off, dip extensions, pink glitter base with a small heart at the top. As I was getting them done, I noticed they were very bulky, did not fit my fingers, so I asked her to fix them and I WAS TOLD

I have been going to Be for 10+ years, she takes soo much pride in her work which is why I know my nails will always be perfect!!! She genuinely cares about her customers and wants to make sure they are happy and have a good experience! Customer for life!

I absolutely wish I knew the name of my technician because she was FANTASTIC! I came as a walk in and was able to sit right down even though the salon was busy and just a week from thanksgiving. It took about an hour and she was able to do a flawless gel fill and did exactly what I asked for. She was thorough with the filing process and made sure the shape was smooth and exactly what I wanted. I will absolutely be back! Total was $65 for a gel fill, design, and polish change.

paid 70$ for these short set honestly they are really short and some aren’t even the same height so i think they over priced me and i paid 50$ for a regular pedicure they were really rude about finding a color and rushing me i paid 130$ for a short set of nails and a regular pedicure when i got my other salon in paying under 100$ for the same results and sets . don’t think ill be returning
