Lovely Nail Salon

Been coming here for years. Patience with customers and organized. Lisa, Tom, and Nancy are wonderful. Pedicure team ladies are neat and friendly.

First time going. My nails came out good and my feet are super soft. HOWEVER, customer service isn't a thing there. My nail tech lady was very rude and full of attitude. I'll go back, I won't lie. But now, I won't tip and I'll be ready for the rude and unwelcomed vibes. The salon is clean too. I could have given a 5 star rating but for the attitude.

So far so good. The guy(cant remember his name) did my nails the way I like them. Overall nice staff, they need to do something to their floor though that is why I am giving a 4 star.

Definitely recommend this place no complaints. Lisa is my go to nail tech. Friendly staff great location.

I called to make an appointment on a Saturday for the following Saturday. The guy who answered the phone advised me to call back during the week, it was to early to schedule an appointment. I repeated my request, 1 week from today, I need to call back???. He replied yes. 🤔. Then I decided to read some reviews, I have come to the conclusion that I will spend my hard earned money elsewhere. There are things I am just not willing to accept/tolerate in regards to Quality Customer Service.
