Lovely Nail Boutique

i’ve tried every place in the palisades and santa monica and this place takes the cake every time. I came in with ratchet cracked short nails and Mackenna and Hanna didn’t even bat an eye. They suggested gel x (my first time!) and i’m OBSESSED. The quality is immaculate, the vibes are chill and relaxing, the price is reasonable, and the massages are the best. I will be going here for the next 80 years lol

Upping walking in I was greeted immediately. I had set an appointment so that also helped. The place could use a good interior re paint. And a few things could be tidied up a little. But let’s move on. The staff are all excellent people Very professional. Keep in mind I only get a pedicure here. And shoulder massage. With that said I can review that aspect of this. My experience was great. And they really did care. I felt treated as a special customer. All the tools they used were sanitized and came out of a sanitized pouch. I will definitely return! Thanks again everyone!

Oh my goodness where do I even begin. So we walk in and ask for 2 pedis and 1 mani. She says that if we get another mani it will only be 10 more dollars so we are like, “sure why not” and regretted it. They ask us if we want a neck massage and one of us says yes and the other says no. They proceed to massage both of us even though one of us said no thank you. The nails turned out terrible and bad quality too. I was like if the nails are good then this place won’t be a 1 star and more like a 3 star. The nails are the crusty dustiest nails ever! They are so gross and we should have had a sign when there was no one in there and all of the employees were surrounding us. We were checking out ready to get out of that place when one of the ladies says, “it will be $302 sorry sorry!” And that was

I walked in today and I was not greeted for a while. I awkwardly took a seat hoping someone would say something to me. And after about 10 minutes of awkward stares , someone finally comes up to me and very publicly asked me what I wanted because they were busy, in front of everyone to see and hear. I was humiliated. I apologized for even walking in and quickly stormed out. I regret ever trying this place.

Only go if one is desperate. They don’t do good manicures or pedicures. Rush. Don’t even bother creaming arms and legs like they used to All about rushing through to get to the next person. Just really rushed and bad.
