Lovelock - Massage, Yoga & Barre

A yoga studio with a stunning aesthetic! I just had my first class at Lovelock and loved it! Atmosphere: The space is beautiful and well put together with more of an intimate setting! Service: Marina Hale is the instructor you’ll want. Class type: I took the yoga sculpt class, and it is challenging with a mix of yoga, strength, and cardio. Lovelock also provides additional services such as massages and a day care!

Attended their “Sculpt & Sip” class at a boutique hotel on Saturday. The good - the class was challenging, the class blended yoga and barre so the movements were familiar to me, the instructors gave modifications for moves and gave gentle reminders to only do what felt right, the venue was beautiful, the refreshments were delicious. The not so good - the instructors only bothered to greet and get to know certain people (I’m new, so it was off putting for them to chat with a newbie sitting directly next to me and ignore me completely), it was scheduled for so late in the day that it was miserably hot (so hot I could barely finish the class because my mat heated up so much it was burning my hands and feet), the people in attendance were very cliquey. PRENATAL YOGA - Mukta is THE best! I started coming to her classes when I was in my first trimester and they’re my favorite! The studio is so beautiful and peaceful. Mukta is so amazing in the way she teaches prenatal yoga, she’s so educated and also will make sure your specific concerns are addressed in class. You can’t help but to love her and the class is an amazing place to meet other expecting moms. I’m so glad I found this studio and Mukta!

Mukta is the absolute best! She was so helpful and mindful during a tough pregnancy for me, offering positions for hip pain relief, muscle recovery and prep for L&D. She modified positions for me to avoiding laying on my back or right side, making me as comfortable as possible. Not to mention how kind, encouraging and personable Mukta is — if you visit even just one time, she will remember who you are and make you know you’re loved.

Incredible! Studio aesthetic is phenom. I love that it’s sparkling clean and just overall good vibes. I’ve attended yoga sculpt with Nicole and Marina and they were both amazing! I’ve taken yoga sculpt at other places and my experience here exceeded my expectations. If you’ve been thinking about trying out a class, take this as your sign! Only suggestion is more yoga sculpt classes please!!
