I have been coming here for several years and have always been pleased with the results. Recently, I started trying a new Stylist there, Juicy. Wow she is so amazing! Her creativity is unmatched! She has a real eye for style and always brings fresh ideas. Professional, skilled, and amazing every time. I absolutely love the styles she has delivered! She is definitely a keeper!

There is absolutely no reliable way to contact this business if you’re running late. When you call, the voicemail is full. When you text, it goes directly to the owner, who may or may not respond. Some stylists with common sense, like Nancy, would call their clients directly before making assumptions. Instead, others leave the moment the 15-minute grace period expires. God, I miss her professionalism. Nickola has had years to fix this lack of communication, yet it’s clear she doesn’t care about the customer experience or her business's reputation. To make matters worse, during my last visit, a stylist followed me outside, yelling because the door made a noise as I left. The door is poorly constructed—I did not slam it. I was a new client to Love your Roots and JuiCy M worked her magic with my loc retwist and style. The retwist is not tight at all and she was very welcoming and professional. I would come back for my next retwist!

I recently got my hair done by Nancy! She did an excellent job on my flat twist/twist style. I plan on going back.

Nancy Samm did a excellent job. She talk me through anything she saw that is an issue with my locs, she repaired and gave me tips for taking better care of them. The wash was well needed! She is very professional.
