Customer Reviews
I went to this nail salon last month to do a gel-x set and absolutely loved it . The shaping the application everything was great. Done by Tiffany and another worker (the brown set) . I loved it so much I decided to get my nails done friday again at the SAME place but noticed Tiffany wasn’t but I still gave it a chance. HORRIBLE APPLICATION ! This is absolutely the worst set I’ve ever gotten. I did orange French tip and you can see my real nail under the gel-x tips, you can see the glue on the base of my nails! I’m very unhappy with my service this time and definitely don’t think I’ll ever stop foot in there again unless Tiffany is there !
I love coming here I usually always go to Tiffany I started coming here in 2023 for my 17th birthday and ever since I been here for my prom, my dads funeral and my birthday last year all I do is show her my inspo picture and she makes my nails look exactly like they picture I will be back next week for my birthday nails.
I randomly walked into this salon for the first time, and the experience was awful. Tiffany flat-out refused to give me an appointment and pretended to be busy, even after I told her I was flexible and willing to come back at any time during the week ahead. She kept telling me that she’s booked. She was very rude, dismissive, and made me feel completely unwelcome. What irked me is that she kept rolling her eyes at me. If this is how they treat new customers, I wouldn’t trust them with regular ones. Don’t waste your time here—there are plenty of salons that actually value and respect their clients.
They need to train EVERYONE better. I was referred by someone. She spoke highly of 1 nail tech . That was my mistake not asking for that tech. I believe in giving everyone a fair share. I needed a filling and my daughter was getting a gel manicure. We were each instructed where to sit. From the minute I sat in the chair the male tech seemed very nervous. I could tell he was new. His hands were shaking and then starting sweating. I had to ask if he was okay. (Gel Filling was $35 & Gel manicure same price) I immediately knew there was going to be a problem with my nails and I was the “test dummy” of the day. The filling is bumpy and is clear as day on my nails. I typically don’t complain because everyone has to start somewhere but to charge me full price for something my kid would have did
Got my nails done today by norah and i love them!!!! She’s so nice and wonderful. Her technique is very professional, she made sure every little thing to the detail was perfect and took her time. Very gentle with my nails and very precise !!! Will definitely be coming back
