Love Nails

I have stopped coming to this establishment because last visit my fill lasted less than a week and it began lifting. I went back and the owner said it's normal. Umm no! That is not NORMAl. Lastly, the fact that she is always talking about other people's business to other clients is absolutely unprofessional!!!

I have gone to love nails a handful of times now, and have left dissatisfied nearly every time. Even if I set an appointment ahead of time I still sat for anywhere from 20-40 minutes before being sat. The jobs are rushed and the techs are harsh. I have left bleeding several times. During a pedicure she nicked me, then proceeded to glue a piece of paper towel to the wound with nail glue. The work stations are dirty and equipment is reused without being sanitized. She will repeatedly try to upsell you throughout your service as well. To top it all off they charge wayyy to much for their quality of work. I will not be returning, do not waste your money here!!

This place is the best! They work very fast and are very nice. I got a gel mani/pedi in less than an hour. Aime is very nice and does a great job!

It seems that they treat their regulars better than others. And if they can’t up sell you to get you to pay for “spa” pedicure which adds $10 to the bill and if they can’t get you to pay additional for gel polish they hurry through, don’t speak to you except to direct your foot movement. I decided today would be my last time there.

Sat there for 3 hours going back and forth between me and my sisters. Nails were NOT the same length on any of my nails. She wouldn’t cut my nails down to the length I asked so I had to file them down myself when I got home. Definitely not worth the money I spent there.
