Love Nails

My reviews get deleted from here. I paid 60 bucks for OVERLAY. Why is it the same price as full set of ACRYLIC nails when no acrylic was put on my nails (I even SAID acrylic twice and she said yes acrylic but I obviously didnt hear her say overlay bc let's be real.its not the same. It looks different and it takes more time.) I also brought my OWN thermal nail polish since they dont even carry that kind of gel polish. I try to give this place a chance every year and every single time I leave dissapointed. They have enough regulars that it doesnt seem to bother them when they've upset a customer.

Jennifer has been the most devoted nail tech I have ever had! Jen keeps a healthy attitude with amazing communication regarding her busy schedule. She is very good with balancing her large variety of clients and ensuring each nail set is detail oriented and never rushed. If you intend to book with Jen, do it directly through her. I have been with her for about 7 years and she will continue to have my business! 😊

Love nails is clean and the staff is always so friendly. I personally go there just for Jen though. She is the best nail tech I have ever had and I’ve had a lot over the years!!! She takes her time to make sure your shape is perfect and she can do any design your little heart desires. She makes sure you feel comfortable in her chair which was something I’ve never experienced before. I will NEVER go to another tech ever again, Jen is the best of the best!!!

Holly was unable to do proper french tips. I wear my nails short and she proceeded to do a super thick line that looked odd and she spent about 5 minutes on one nail. Before completing my set I told her that I will just go with a solid color because there was no way I was about to walk around for two weeks with these thick white lines on my nails. I might as well had got the whole nail painted white. Anyway after I politely made this request, she began throwing her brushes down and became rough when filing my nails. Body language and actions speak louder than words. I understand she wanted to eat her lunch that was dropped off to her but that had nothing to do with me. I WILL NEVER GIVE THIS BUSINESS MY MONEY! I walked in about an hour before closing for a single nail repair and I was asked to come back on Wednesday. The tech did not take down any information for me or who would do my nails if I returned at a later date. Oh and did I mention it was a single nail repair. Needless to say poor customer service and very inconvenient business practices.
