Love Nails

It’s not great and it’s not terrible. They took me right in at my appointment time but there is polish all over my fingers and toes. They didn’t really scrub my feet during the pedicure. Make sure to ask if you want them close to the cuticle line with the polish or your nails will look grown out in three days. I’ve been here several times and it’s consistently a mid experience.

I made an appointment for my lunch hour for a mani/pedi. It's my birthday, so wanted to treat myself. I was made to wait over 15 mintues, left standing at the front desk, ignored, then rudely pointed to a chair. No apologies, no hello. I ordered the fancy pedicure, which I thought might be nice. No real massage, no mud, nothing special save a little parrafin on my heels. I asked then if that was it after they started prepping my nails for polish polish. I asked and pointed to the sign and was told that that was what I got. It wasn't even close. I felt dismissed and frankly rudely treated. I told them that I wouldn't move forward, was STILL CHARGED, paid and left. I have never left a salon before, have gone to this salon for the past few years and will not return under these conditions. Jus

I came in on a Sunday, no appointment. I had my brows, hand and feet done. Great job!!! Decent crowd for a Sunday. Staff super friendly and nice. Super clean salon, no toxic smells or fumes. As far as the rude comments or folks that put one star...maybe if you tipped your technician accordingly she would take care of you. I see how much UV GEL is and other services are. 20% is the norm. Take care of the ladies that make your man hands look lady like.

I respect how hard these ladies are working, but I went in and explained that I simply wanted my gel removed. This is typically $10. When I was paired with a nail technician I repeated that I did not want a manicure, just to have my gel removed. She asked me if I wanted a color, I told her again. She later asked if I wanted clear, and I told her again. Then at the end she charged me $20. $15 for the manicure, and an extra $5 for the gel removal. I explained that I had said repeatedly this was only a gel removal. Anyway, you get the picture. I felt like a total Karen but they took advantage of me when I had been very clear about what I wanted. I paid and left and will not be back.
