Lounge Nail Spa

I usually love this place but today just really made me upset especially with Christmas coming up. I went in today at 9:30 to get my nails done. I had to work at 11:30 and I let the guy know like I’m a little bit in a hurry, but I just wanna a basic French tip And he was like OK I’m gonna do bubblegum pink and white and I was like I’m a little nervous about the pink because my skin is a darker skin tone and when they do those light pink it kinda looks weird. He just trust me trust me so he gets out this Tool so that he can do the French tip with acrylic instead of just nail polish and he does a huge DV and I’m like I’m not really sure like I really just wanna basic. I like thin lines for my French tip. He’s like well. I’ll just do one finger to show you how it is it takes like 15 minutes t

I really can’t recommend this place what so ever. My fiancé and I decided to treat ourselves to the lounge pedicure and I added gel polish with chrome. The pedicure itself was so rushed that we would’ve been out of there in 30 minutes if it weren’t for my polish. I thought buying the upgraded pedicure meant they would be thorough and do a good job, but I was very mistaken. The “massage” was rubbing some lotion on our feet for 2 minutes and each of us some how got different treatments (I got mask and no scrub and his was the opposite) even though we asked for the same pedicure. As if this wasn’t enough 3 days after the pedicure the polish has already come off 2 toes. This was a complete waste of money and not once did we feel like a valued customer. Lucy was wonderful, patient and professional. It had been awhile since my last visit, so she had her work cut out for her! But she handled it very well. Good job, Lucy.

First time going first time pedicure. Pedi was good polish is good, did acrylic nails coffin shaped and slightly longer. The polish us done well and I love the color but the shape is so bad their not uniform their not straight their not coffin their bubbly at the bottom and just thick in all the wrong places. The tech was nice however distracted by her phone the whole time. I tried to shape my own nails so they were at least decent but she got pissed I have acrylic around my cuticles she didn't properly prep my nails I paid over 100$ and their not gonna last. And she had years experience. A friend of mine gets hers done by a different tech and hers were great. All I wanted was plain color and basic shape. I don't like being an asshole or being rude to people or hurting someone's feelings b

This nail salon is so pretty, plays the best music, and really cares about their customers! My daughter and I get our mani/pedis here all the time and I highly recommend! You can make an appointment on their website ahead of time too. Ms. Lucy does my nails! She’s so sweet, and really cares about her work.
