Louise African Hair Braiding

I use to bring my daughter here all the time and bebe use to do her hair. She has because unprofessional and does rush jobs on the hair. Terrible service, Louise needs to get rid of her, she's been working out of every shop in Waterbury and her work is getting lazy.

Louise will over charge you if she feels she can get away with it.So I would suggest asking the price before letting her do your hair.i always get braids and she does a good job, braids are on point.Not sure if she’s good at other hairstyles

DO NOT GO HERE!! They pretend they know what they are doing and they don’t. I called Louise before deciding on this place, I asked if she knew how to do a hair style, she said yes she can do it to come at 4:30, I came and both braided a had people in their chair. I sat and waited patiently for 1 hour and a half all for them to say they can’t do the style how I wanted it. I let her know she waisted my time and I’m never going there again. Very unprofessional if you are unsure about being able to execute a hair style the way your customer wants you need to say this upon the customer entering the establishment. Not have them sit and wait until you’re finished then say to them you can’t do it!!

She cut my hair while cleaning the braids and I saw her do it, when I told her that was my hair she got an attitude and said she wasn't going to finish my hair if I complained. The braids are a week old and they look as if I did them months ago, my broken, cut hair is coming out everywhere & she kept the last of my hair without asking she threw it in a box with a bunch of other loose disgusting used hair. Horrible service, do not go there

Great service Hair was well done and most importantly for me not too tight. She gave me exactly what I wanted and even was to able to accommodate me tweeking the style mid way. Will definitely go back.
