I have been a client of Robert, the owner of Lewis Christian/ John Robert for decades. On my birthday, December 16 I got my hair blown out by Robert. It cost $58.00 (I also go to Robert to get my hair cut and colored monthly which runs well over $200 total) When I went to pay the receptionist she said my bill was $116.00 because I missed an appointment on December 10th, so I am being charged for the missed appointment as well! I had just been there on December 6th for a cut, blowout and coloring. I would not get my hair done 4 days later as I book my appointments in advance….in fact I had long standing plans to be out of town on the 10th and Robert KNEW that.
