Lotux Nails & Spa

I’ve never had an experience like this before in a nail salon. This woman doing my nails left tons of glue and residue under the tips she applied and refused to remove it. She didn’t cover my natural nails with acrylic or tips. When I asked for her to clean them up before painting she tossed the nail file to me and said “you do it.” I walked out. I’ve never had someone be so outwardly rude to me when I was paying for a service. 0/10 recommended.

Usually I go to another salon but I could not get an appointment to save my life, so I booked at Lotux. Ended up having a great experience, got a pedicure with gel and an acrylic fill. Prices were comparable to other nail salons, staff was super friendly and thorough, my pedicure felt amazing and I fell asleep in the massage chair until my phone rang and woke me up. Salon was clean, techs did a fantastic job. I would absolutely book here again.

I went in for the first time today, after a very long time without a cute set of nails. Val was my nail tech and she was super amazing! She was funny and sweet, and we had a great chat. Her work was also excellent! I liked that she went back and started again or made minor adjustments if she wasn't absolutely satisfied with the design, and I appreciated that a lot! It felt like she was making a real effort to make me feel comfortable and fabulous! Overall, the vibes were very nice. All the techs were friendly, and I could they were all supportive of each other which was just nice to see! I had a wonderful time and I can't wait to go back. I'm so happy with the end result and I couldn't have asked for a better tech. And did I mention the prices were amazing for the work? I usually am paying

Lisa was so nice and excellent at her job. This was my first time here and I didn’t have an appointment but they took me in immediately. She made my nails so beautiful and I can’t wait to return. I really like how they have a customer rewards program and online appointment scheduling for the future.

I love Peter and Lisa. They are great nail technicians. I’ve tried other places, but I always come back to them. They do a really great job there and they’re very friendly.
