Lotus spa

The staff providing the services do a great job, but there is a significant communication error. Every time I schedule an appointment, I make it at least a week in advance. Each time I arrive for my appointment, the staff is never expecting me and almost seems annoyed. I have never been able to get all the services I’ve scheduled because the person/people who do those services are never there or they just don’t want to do it. Most recently I had scheduled an appointment for a facial, hair spa treatment, and an hour long massage. When I arrived the woman working told chuckled when I told her what I was there for, told me “no no no, massage only”. I got the massage and it was great but the woman who did it didn’t want to do the full hour, made me pay and tip before I even had my massage, and

Terrible massage parlor they dont even massage they dont care about satisfaction of customers or why they are there. 1st the person showed me the room. I got on the massage table after paying for 45 minute massage. I layed there for 10 minutes. Then she came in rubbed my my lower back poorly with one hand mind you while on her phone then she started asking is this okay I said no not really I told her to massage not rub the skin and get off her phone. She then left the room for 15 minutes. Came back and started on my shoulders which didnt do anything at all barely got to the muscle. It was a pointless occasion and a waste of money she only did approximately 12 minutes of work due to being on her phone and leaving in my eyes thats theft. I do not recommend this location.

Wasn’t a good first experience we made appointments for sister’s birthday they said yea gave us a time and date we show up they didn’t know anything about it my sister wand treatment They did not do that, but they did shampoo us there was four of us we all had different treatments for the same massage it wasn’t what I expected definitely wasn’t professional the hot rock was nice.

Horrible experience. I made an appointment but was told they were too busy - that I’d have to wait an hour. They sent me to the other location in Creve Coer telling me I’d get in faster. Drove there - they said they were also busy and didn’t have the head spa equipment there. They sent me back to lotus. They did give me a complimentary use of the sauna but the shower for after was filthy with hair in the bottom of shower. The towel they gave me to dry off was ripped, damp, and stained. I skipped the shower because eww. Head spa was just ok. It didn’t seem she knew how to use the equipment and took more time fidgeting/setting up than on the actual service. She kept leaving during the service to answer the front door. The other employee just walked right in multiple times during the servi

Went to the new Lotus Spa for a pedicure. The place is really nice. The design lay-out is artfully done. The salon chair was comfortable. The service I received with a full pedicure was top notch. I’m a standing worker, develop calluses often. But, I left with what felt like new feet. I will definitely be back soon.
