Lotus Skin + Brow

I am so so so happy with my experience at Lotus!! I booked an apt online two days in advance and am SO glad I did!!! I decided to treat myself to a lash tint and lift before a trip and love, love, LOVE the results!! This was my first lash lift and I went into it with very little idea of what to expect, other than sitting and waiting. Victoria made sure I was completely comfortable and at ease and walled me through the process step by step! She constantly checked to make sure I was good throughout the process and kept me at ease by telling me where we were in the process and what was next, how long this step takes, etc. I am so happy with the results as well!!! Way better than I expected!!!! I would 100% recommend Victoria and Lotus to anyone seeking a lash lift!!! I will def be back!!!

I’ve been seeing Kristen since she opened and it was just her. I have nothing but great things to say about Kristen, Lotus, and the entire team. I lived out of state for 3 years, and every time I was home, you better believe I made a trip to Lotus. Now that I’m back in Georgia, I told Kristen that I was so happy I’d be able to come more frequently. I’ve had several of their services- brows (no one touches my brows other than Kristen), brow tint, lash lift, facials, chemical peels, and it’s always nothing but incredible service. Kristen also always knows the science behind her products, and as someone with a degree in biology that really cares about that sort of stuff, I so appreciate her knowledge and the conversations we have. Booked a tint and they worked in a loft and tint and they also did my eye brows (more service than I intended). However they assured me my lashes wouldn’t fall out since they use keratin and sure enough after a week several have started coming out at a time. It’s more so on my right eye, I’ve only lost a few on my left eye. Some have come out individually and there was 2 clumps of about 6 lashes that fell out at once. I haven’t used any product since they were done and I made sure they didn’t get wet or anything as instructed. I also didn’t rub them hard or anything like that, I’ve been very gentle with them and it doesn’t seem to matter. I spent $150 total and it’s kinda a bust. They looked amazing for the first week though lol

The place was lovely, kristen was so nice and attentive. I asked for my eyebrows threaded and tinted, I was at first nervous but I ended up loving them so much afterwards. I get compliments about it at work, and I’ve already recommended my friends for them to come here cause they love mines. It’s that good. Book the appointment!! This place is amazing. <3
