Lotus salon is top notch! I've been a customer for years now. I used to live in Mt. Laurel but had to move to Dover, DE. I drive almost 2 hrs to get there because they are that good. From the greeting at the beautiful entry, the kind, pleasant, expedient, and professional customer service by Rosemarie and her associates starts the experience off positively. Mary Kate is my colorist. She is so thoughtful, listens carefully to understand exactly what you goals are and always gets the job done in a timely, professional, and caring manner. You feel like family even though they are very busy. I have had haircuts by 3 professionals there. Dana, Evelyn and Roselle. Every time , I've left smiling, feeling confident and so much happier than I felt before arriving there! Can't say enough good

Love it here! The ladies at check in are so nice! And Kristie is the best…she has been my stylist for 23 years now. One time, I needed to change my appointment last minute and they were able to have someone else do my color. She was really good too. The vibe is chill and relaxed.

I have never had a bad experience at Lotus and I 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience. All the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I absolutely LOVE my hair stylist Karley. She is very personable and always makes me feel like a million bucks. I leave the salon feeling beautiful and confident thanks to her expertise. Karley has been my stylist forever I will follow her wherever she goes and I will not let anyone else touch my hair. I have moved and still have driven over an hour to see her! She is the best around, my hair grows in so nicely people ask me 4/5 months since I got my hair done if I just got it done. THAT'S how good she is! MUST GO SEE KARLEY especially for color!
