This place was horrible. The quality of nails were awful. After only one week my nails started cracking and breaking and when I went in to get it fixed they said there was nothing they could do and I was basically SOL They advised me to soak MY OWN nail off with acetone lol I've had my nails done plenty of times and have never had this happen. I would definitely not recommend anyone coming here. They don't stand my their work and they charge way more then what they're worth.

Was very pleased with my hair trimming, the way Bertha dyed my hair and fixed it right up for me! 100% Recommend!! My husband cant keep his eyes off me, so thats a big plus! Very nice lady. Thank you so much! Such amazing work! Came out better than I had imagined =] I have been getting so many compliments too.

Went to Norma today for first time. I really appreciated the time she took on my hair and the way it turned out. It's great and she showed me/gave me styling ideas. Wonderful! Will use Norma again. Reason for only 4 stars? You either pay cash or write a check unless you want to pay an extra $2 to use your debit card (which is illegal when using credit cards). So just be aware of that.......not Norma's fault - it's the place she works.

Norma was great. I called this morning and was told that they are implementing a new policy that for all customers, if you want to book a root touch up, you have to drive to the shop to place a $40.00 deposit before they will even book the appointment. This is in response to nameless customers canceling appts or no shows last minute. Does not matter if you're not that customer. This is an absurd policy in that the entire customer base must pay for the sins of a few. The obvious solution would be to ban the offending customers, not penalize the entire customer base. If you have the free time to drive to the salon to book an appt in advance of the appt, then Norma does good work. I highly recommend her.

Anna was wonderful. I had the best hair style ever. She new what would fit my face. Husband was amazed at my short hair, he hates short but changed his mind when he saw me. Thank you Anna . JOSEFINA Great overall experience
