This was an amazing experience. She was able to get me in that day. You walk in and are greeted with smiles. She will go over things with you and ask you question. The room is beautiful and cozy. If you have any questions she will answer them. During the massage we chatted a little bit and then it was peaceful quiet with soft music playing. Once she was done I felt amazing, relaxed and all my problem areas didn't hurt anymore and felt less tight. I would recommend this place and will be returning.

To preface my review for Lotus Pearl Massage, I have tell you that I suffer from TMJ, mixed connective tissue disease, fibromyalgia, and migraines. My pain is highly unpredictable. I can go to bed feeling great and wake up in agony. NOTHING has ever worked for my pain besides getting a massage. One day I woke up and it was a bad, bad day. I was calling every massage therapy office in and around Oswego, hoping and praying someone could get me in either that day or the next, because it was so unbearable. Candace immediately put me in her schedule. I have never had a massage therapist take the time to sit with me in the treatment room and listen to every single ailment I have and have ever had before she began our session. She listened, asked questions, and had genuine compassion for the pain

I was a regular client of about four years, all-be-it a travel client about 1 mile from the office due to a severe physical disability and several surgeries. I paid her the fee plus a 50% tip. Without any discussion, she announced a required tip of 100%, which was a 33.3% increase from the amount I already gave her. I tried to offer a compromise, but She was “sorry for the inconvenience.” I have my own massage table, my own massage sheets, bolster chair, everything to make it as simple as possible. I recently started heating up the hot packs and putting them in a cooler/warmer so they are warm. I’m in pain, frankly lonely, awaiting a medical/surgical solution, and just devastated. She was always honest about illnesses or illnesses in the family so as not to get the clients Sick which is i

Not for me but would work for other people. I was able to book a same day appointment. My main complaint was neck and shoulder pain which she honed in and spent enough time on the area during the treatment, not like others who hear about your issue and only work on that area for 5 minutes at the end. The room was darkened and very relaxing. Her tone of voice was soothing and never jarring. When I arrived it was awkward that there wasn’t anyone there to greet me and hand me paperwork, I called the number but there was no answer. My appointment started 30 minutes late. I could eventually hear talking in a room I assumed she was still with the previous client. Even after telling her I don’t like deep pressure, she seemed to continue to work deeper than I was comfortable with, I spoke up qu

I have been going to Lotus Pearl massage fairly regularly, and definitely impressed with Candace (owner) and her professional attitude and knowledge The deep tissue massages have been really helping ease neck and back pain! In combination with her therapeutic massage and my going to see chiropractic care I have noticed a jump start in energy and pain relief over the past few months. Movement is healing, and releasing tension is key! Note that Candace uses essential oils in the lotions that are targeted towards your needs, so she will prompt you to be specific in what you are needing work on, as well as any sensitivity to oils, or recent injuries. Highly recommend. Thank you, thank you.
