Lotus Nails & spa

I had an appointment at Lotus Nail Salon in Winsted for a pedicure and a full set of acrylics. It was myself, my daughter, and her friend. We were greeted and seated to wait while we chose our colors. While waiting, I noticed one of the employees performing pedicures had a very wet, persistent cough. She was not covering her mouth and was repeatedly snorting back mucus. Out of four employees, three were wearing masks — she was not. Unfortunately, she was the technician assigned to me. I am currently 6 months pregnant, so I’m very cautious about getting sick. After several minutes of continuous coughing while my foot bath filled, I asked if I could have a mask. I was told the technician has asthma and that if I was uncomfortable, I should wear a mask. I was given two masks, which I put on.

I love coming here it's so zen and chill. The ladies are super nice and accommodating. The place is super duper clean and the service to top their without breaking the bank. I found my forever place ❤️❤️❤️❤️

First time we decided to have a mani pedi from Lotus. They were very polite but not Happy at all with the service they provide. Polish job was terrible left big shapes from Nail to cuticle and From the sides too The cost is definitely much Higher then other salons we used In the past. Unfortunately I don’t think I’ll go Back

Absolutely love them! They're absolutely wonderful and kind I 100% recommend them for nails pedicures or even waxing. Very friendly people, and I can't explain how happy I am that they are now closer in Winsted!!

They truly care about their customers - and that goes a long way. Went here for a facial massage lasting thirty minutes. It was very nice . The place is very sanitary and the staff affable. I love the aquarium containing goldfish at the door! The other customers were all regulars whom the staff greeted on a first-name basis. The pricing for the various treatments is very reasonable. Parking abundant in Torrington Parkade out front. Bathroom available for customers.
