Unfortunately my mom had a terrible experience here. The guy who did my pedicure was great. My mom though got the older gentleman and he didnt know what he was doing, didnt care or was just really inexperienced. He didnt push her cuticles back. He also didnt really give a message. We got the most expensive pedicure package #8 with a 30 minute message. He kept rubbing the same spot over her shin bone to the point of irritation. She had to ask him the rub her feet and he switched to that but wasnt messaging just kinda rubbing. Towards the end he did the paraffin wax for the feet but he didnt spread it out. She tried to help him out by spreading it out. She wanted to say something at check out to the lady but he ended up doing the check out. After he finished he told her he charged the wron

The service at this salon is always amazing. The staff makes you feel welcome and comfortable. My nails were done perfectly. I will continue coming back.

I have lived in NB for about a year and tired many places. Every where I would go either the quality was was bad, bad service (long wait time even with an apt) or price was crazy high. Here at Louts Nails they have great quality, very artistic, most of all amazing customer service and pricing. Milan runs this nail saloon amazing! Give them a try!!!! You won’t be disappointed.

Milan is such a wonderful owner to know. She did my nails for my birthday, and my theme is bats. So I went with black and absolutely LOVE LOVE them! Go see them and I promise you'll never be disappointed. I got a birthday e-mail discount. Go see them!

Found out they had new owners as of three and a half months ago, so I decided to stop in was very Satisfied, this is my second time with new owner Milan. She is awesome.She can do hello, kitty sunflowers.Whatever you need. Not going anywhere else to get my nails. Done.Now love this place ❤️ .much love lisamarie.
