My pedicure was not complete, I didn’t receive a 20 minute massage, it was more like 5 minutes and I never received the mud mask. They also burned my feet with the hot water so I had to ask for a better temperature. they started my manicure at the massage chairs so I had to stop using the massage chair just so they could get a rush start on my manicure which was upsetting because I wanted to use the massage chair. They also started complaining when new customers were walking in because you could tell they were ready to leave. I didn’t feel like I had a relaxing time. I paid $120 plus $20 tip but did not leave super happy or satisfied with the treatment. (Also left dead skin on the finger when city nails normally shave it off) everything was totally rushed and I won’t be back.

I went yesterday October 8 to get my nails done Kitty was my nail tech and she did absolutely amazing!!!!! She really took her time to make sure they were right, the shape was phenomenal 😁. I told Kitty this was for my son's graduation from the Army and I had a vision in mind I wanted the Army star on my finger for the design and not only did she give the Army Star she nailed it free handed!!!! Thank you again Lotus Nails you guys are always amazing 😍

I had a wonderful experience today at Lotus. I wanted something simple and they delivered. They were a little busy but to me that means good business and that they have a good hustle, all impressive to me! They communicated great, I didn’t feel rushed or like my time wasn’t important. I will absolutely be back! 10/10.

First time I have ever gotten my nails done here. It's very clean, they have massage chairs you can sit in while you wait to get started, and the employees are all super nice! My nails look gorgeous! I'll definitely be back. To try ALL of the services they offer.

My cuticles were bleeding and the lady was so rough and fast with my nails. I told her i wanted shellac and she was persistent that i used powder so i caved and said ok. Her powder had glitter specs and it ruined my nude nails. My fault for giving in. Worst experience.
