Lotus Nails & Spa

Sweet people, so I didn’t have the heart to tell them I was displeased lol. Respectfully look at the photos. But again nice people…I will have to reconvene elsewhere for my future services.

I went here after work. They don’t have customer service. Can’t do nails and I know you guys been doing this for a while. I told the man my nails are lean and he had an attitude and say he got no time for me. I am so disappointed with the service. I don’t normally make a review but I have to . Look at my nails?? Never again

Once I noticed they didn’t have one client I should’ve turned around. Had to tell the lady the arcylic needed to be filed down. She had a tude. After that she’s just flipping my fingers. I told her finish filing and stop I wasn’t get them polished. Waste of $30 I’ll never step foot in there again.

I've always loved going to lotus, I started going to them 4 years ago. However I always got the most basic thing, never felt a need to review on Google because I would just tell people about them. But, I got my very first "non basic" nail done and I am beyond impressed with the results. I went in with an idea that I thought would've been at least 70$ before tip..NOPE! I spent 60$ including tax and tip! I did not catch the name of the man that did my nails, and I don't think I'll ever remember to ask, he has been the only one to do my nails since I started going to Lotus, but he is my absolute favorite! Def would go the extra 20 miles to go back to him if I moved out of Dundalk!

I got my nails done on 04/07/21. Going back today to get my nails touched up. They are starting to peel back. The person rushed on nail and hair was on my nail as well. This is my second time here. The first time was good but this time I had issues.
