I absolutely LOVE Lotus Nails & Lashes! Been a client for over 6 years. Best spot in St. Charles! Yen does my nails and she’s is a perfectionist! Love her! Also, you must try their pedicures! They are so relaxing! Highly recommend to anyone! ❤️

The lady who welcomed me was very nice, and I was able to walk in for an appointment. From afar they look decent just don’t look too closely. The technician spent 80% of her time video calling, calling or texting on her phone while doing my nails. The dip was so thin that you can see the scuff marks under the color, she filed a few pieces of skin off my finger and didn’t clip and cuticles and left rough areas all around my nails. I paid $45 and won’t be back.

I usually have great results and have always been happy with my experiences here. This time, unfortunately, the lift didn’t hold as expected, which was disappointing since that hasn’t been my experience in the past. That said, they personally reached out to me, apologized, and went above and beyond to make things right. I truly appreciated the care and professionalism shown, and it means a lot to be treated with that level of respect. I’m confident this was just a one-time issue and will continue to support them.

I LOVE Lotus Nails! I’ve been a loyal customer for around 7 years and the nail techs are all so wonderful! They always do such quality work and if I ever have a problem they are so good about fixing it! Give them a try if you are in the area! They take such good care of you!! And the spa is so inviting and comfortable—and the pedicure lounge chairs are so relaxing - better than any other place I’ve been to!

I’ve been a loyal customer of Lotus for years and I have always loved my nails! The variety of services and the colors available are top notch! I currently love getting a chrome overlay on my manicure and get so many compliments! Chrome elevates your basic color to a whole new level!!
