Lotus Nails

Not bad. The staff was nice and speedy, and got me in without an appointment within ten minutes. I’m mildly pleased with my nails I love the color and the French tip came out nice. However I wish the tech had paid more attention to prep and cuticle care; mine still look dry and flaky. The nail polish was also applied a little sloppy near the edges.

Tomas did my nails today and they are AMAZING!!! I’ve been going here for years and have literally never left disappointed. Everyone is so kind here and does amazing work!!

Absolute worst place to get your nails done. Had a manicure and a pedicure. The person was irritated because I did not want gel nails and refused to move me from the pedicure station to the nail station. She was cutting and filing my fingernails and it got all over my clothes because again she was doing the manicure at the pedicure station. She put the water in between my legs for me to put my fingers in. I told her I needed to put my fingers under the dryer. And she told me all I had to do was set there for ten minutes and they would dry. Needless to say they did not try and they look absolutely horrible.

Nice place for a mani or pedi. They have all the typical nail salon stuff. Their massage chairs are really nice. Clean place. I did have a little trouble communicating with my manicurist on the color but we eventually got it figured out. Everyone is so nice and helpful.

Beware! The nail tech physically assaulted my daughter by yanking her arms, tugging on her arms and fingers. Spoke to the manager who lied about it all. I was sitting next to her the whole time and saw the whole thing. We should have walked out. Then charged me more than 40.00 dollars more what they quoted over the phone. After paying your over-inflated prices, one of the nails cracked! Do not appreciate the pulling, tugging and snapping my daughter's fingers while getting her full set with the piss poor attitude to boot!! Did not clean the dirt out of my daughter's nails or any prep work prior to immediately gluing on the acrylic nails? Who does that ? Does this nail tech even have a license? Update : my gel coat nails didn't last a week before chipping and cracks which makes me wonder
