Absolutely unacceptable and wildly unprofessional. I arrived on time and waited over 30 minutes, only to watch multiple people who came in after me get seated first—for the same exact service (gel manicure and pedicure). There was no system, no fairness, and clearly no respect for customers. When I calmly addressed this with an employee, she blatantly ignored me and pretended I did not exist. No response, no explanation, no apology—just pure disregard. That alone tells you everything you need to know about how this place is run. This salon is disorganized, disrespectful, and a complete waste of time and money. If you enjoy being overlooked, dismissed, and treated like your time does not matter, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

Loyal to lotus nails more specifically my nail tech Ann. I have been coming to her for over 10 years! Love my nails every single time. Today we did something a little out of my comfort zone and she slayed. Lotus is always clean and staff is courteous. The attention to detail is unmatched. For pedicures I highly recommend Emily.

Let me tell you —-> GO!! The service was immaculate 💅🏾 I felt so amazing after leaving there! Anne did my nails and OMG 🤩 that lady knows what she’s doing! She can definitely handle the task! EMILY girrrl she’s amazing with the pedicure and my eyebrows look amazing 🤩! They are the perfect duo to make sure you look great for any event! It was my first time getting my nails done at this salon and I was extremely happy with the experience. Ann did a gel manicure and a pedicure and it turned out great!! Not only did Ann do an outstanding job with my nails, but she was very friendly and professional.
