We love Lotus! I have been bringing my son to get his haircuts since he was 1. We normally see Melvin or Mike but occasionally get Tara. They are all fantastic, patient with children and friendly. Great service and prices.

I had a appointment with Sandra today @1pm & I must say I have been going here for the last 6 years or so. & I have NEVER left un-happy! Sandra is the absolute best she interacts with you, amazing customer service, has a heart of gold, let's you vent about whatever & does not judge you! The results I had when she was done was absolutely stunning, not only do i look better i felt better & I am completely satisfied! Sandra if you see this THANK YOU SO MUCH Love you girl!

I went there today and i told them i want to get my roots done same color as last time to match my hair. Worst customer service ever!!! do never use them! Look at the pictures and see what they did to my hair. Even a kid would know better!
