Lotus Lash and Nail Spa

I was recently told about this salon, and after feeling a bit unwelcome at the place my mom and I had been going to biweekly, we decided it was time for a change. The other salon always felt rushed and overcrowded, so we took a chance on this location — and WOW. What an experience! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with such hospitality from Richard. The service was honestly like nothing I’ve ever experienced at a nail salon. We were offered drinks and snacks, and the staff was friendly, funny, and incredibly attentive. They checked in on us throughout the entire visit to make sure we were comfortable and happy. Tee did my toes and did an amazing job. Lena worked on my hands and eyebrows, and she was so precise and detailed — the shape and polish on my nails came out perfect.

I cannot say enough great things about Lotus. My first experience here. I came in for a gel pedicure and Lynne was my tech. I work on my feet 12 hrs a day, have neuropathy and am prone to ingrown toenails. Lynne took the time to make sure I was ok during the whole process. The owner greets you at the door and offered beverages and even a snack! They give awards using a points system which is great as most places do not. I left with a nice goodie bag and a great experience from start to finish. I will definitely be back. Tip your techs well ladies and gentlemen, they go above and beyond. I was lucky enough to make my appointment on Wednesday at a time that the store was not so busy. I booked a basic mani pedi Just to try out the new location. The owner, which I forgot to ask his name the entire time I was there, unfortunately was welcoming, warm and entertaining. His little son was with him and they were both quite lovely. I got to talk to him about his little family and the quest to open the location. It was beautiful conversation The woman that was working on me was Lynn and she was absolutely kind, gentle and wonderful at what she does. She may be experience very pleasant for me. Additionally, she does an amazing job. My nails were perfect and Her work was very clean. The place is beautiful. Of course it is brand new so everything is sparkling. I hope it stays that way.

The height of luxury is here! Love this new spot that opened up. I got a set of nails done as well as my eyelashes- and let me say that everything was so perfect. I only had an idea of what i wanted for nails, and Lena was able to give me everything I wanted and more. Love how they came out and it was exactly what I was going for. I got a gel-x set and was so happy to see all the charms available to add on my nails and the choices of nail polish. My lashes too, I wanted something light and wispy and the quality of these lashes are amazing. I’ve been to many places to get my lashes done, but this spot really knows how to customize eyelashes to your eye shape. Love the ambiance of this place too. Super luxurious and such high quality chairs and tables. Really feels like a spa experience!

This was my first time here, and it was a great experience. I haven't had my nails done in over two years, so I decided to treat myself. My technician, Hannah, was super sweet, friendly, and did a great job on my nails. I originally came in just for a pedicure, but I ended up getting a deluxe manicure and threading as well. I felt so welcomed in the shop and didn't feel like just another customer. I was offered water and a snack, which I have never experienced at any other nail salon before. All of the ladies there were very friendly and do great work. The owner Lena was very attentive to all the customers walking around to ensure everyone was comfortable. I truly appreciated the warm and welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this nail place. Thank you, Lotus Nails!
