Lottie's Place

They are so clean and friendly! Kim did a wonderful Job doing my 2 1/2 year old son's hair! He is a constant go go goer and with her he sat so nicely and she was so fast and so kind! We've made the trip from Port Orchard twice now just so we can see Kim and we will absolutely continue to do so whenever little man needs a cut ❤❤❤

Kim is the best of the best! It's crazy to say she has been cutting my family's hair for 35 years and she never disappoints any of us. Three generations absolutely loves her.

This review is specific to Lottie, not her adult daughter who also works in their shop. Yesterday Lottie was rude and disrespectful multiple times to my nine year old daughter while cutting her hair. We had to step in and directly tell Lottie to stop with the negative and insulting comments being made our child. This is second time this has happened. Lottie exhibited the same behavior with another child of ours five years ago. I'm sorry we gave Lottie a second chance, as neither of my children can “un-hear” the things Lottie said to them. Not sure if her negativity comes out this forcefully when she is cutting adults’ hair, but definitely do NOT bring your children to her. As my nine year old later remarked, “That lady needs more love in her life.”

I got my hair cut by Lottie and by the time she was done cutting it (completely dry) it was at least 2 inches uneven. My mom said something about it and she went back to work trying to even it out but she ended up cutting both sides. I left with an uneven haircut that was way shorter than I had wanted.

Kim is such a delight and goes above and beyond for me and my hair. I travel a hour to get my hair done, but it is well worth it.
