I love this salon so much. Reina consistently gives me FANTASTIC haircuts. Aimee consistently gives me beautiful color. I have curly hair which can be complicated. A breakdown of what I like and why * Reina’s haircuts grow out beautifully * She creates haircuts for how I live and wear my hair not the one day I’ll spend after the salon * Each time I come back I tell her what worked and what became a problem and she adjusts. I woke up for my appt this morning sick with a fever. I immediately sent a message alerting you that I was sick and asking to reschedule. Then I get calls at the time of the appt asking if I’m coming in. Apparently they don’t read the messages. They are still charging the full appointment when I tried to reschedule and have consistently booked and attended appointments every month. I have been a loyal customer paying over $100 for a 30 min haircut plus tipping 20% plus giving a huge holiday tip. I can’t help that I’m sick. But apparently they’d rather you come in and get everyone in the salon sick. Wryn was my favorite hair stylist that I’ve ever had before this. I’m so disappointed that this is how they treat their customers and will not be going back.

Phoenix is the best hair dresser I have ever had. They understand the assignment every time and execute to a tee. I used to be completely hopeless with my thin, flat hair until I started seeing Phoenix 2 years ago and now I get compliments on my hair all the time. They have truly transformed my hair.

Phoenix is AMAZING. They walked me through the whole process of what was a pretty big change for my hair, and really, really listened to what I wanted and helped to transform my vague wishes into a style that I am super thrilled with. They stayed kind, helpful, professional, and generally awesome through 4.5 hours on their feet during my session. The salon itself is clean, comfortable, queer friendly, and just... Pleasant to be in. The person working the desk and doing most of the cleanup was very sweet and helpful.

Always a great experience. Been getting my hair cut here since 2021. I can’t trust anyone else with my wavy 2a/2b hair. Reina is so talented and love supporting women owned businesses. Also, the hair care supplies are staples in my routine now too!
