Lost Art Barber Shop

Good place but not good with scheduling. Actual cut is always 15-20 mins after appointment time. Whats the point of an appointment? Seems busy with conversation rather than getting people in/out

I heard of this barber shop on the radio and found out it's not far from my house so I looked them up, I was hesitant when I saw that you have to be there 15min before your appointment or be charged a $10 late fee? Also if you want to cancel your appointment you have to cancel 2hrs before your appointment . I made my appointment for 3p got there 15min before my appointment and walk up to the door it was locked and this clown wasn't even there! I got a confirmation of my appointment Also a text reminder. So I waited 15min before leaving. I did call while I was waiting and it just refers you to the website 🤔I thought my last barber wasn't professional, but this guy takes the cake. Needless to say he won't be wasting my time again.

He says come in 15 minutes early (there is a pricey late fee!), I show up 15 minutes before about 3 or 4 appointments and he is not even there and I end up waiting at the door for him several times... So on my most recent appointment I show up 5 minutes early instead of 15 to remedy me waiting for him... AND I GET CHARGED $10 ON TOP OF MY HAIRCUT... AND IT WAS HOLIDAY SO IT WAS ANOTHER $15 ON TOP... All in all I paid $45 for a fade and trim! Obsurd! I thought he would appreciate my business and give me a pass but it looks like it's all money for this man. If he's running behind he will definitely rush your cut too. Not worth the comfortable atmosphere. Lost my business for that.

We have been going here for about 4yrs and Kanai is awesome. Very professional, kind and he always has my son looking fresh! We moved from this area over 3yrs ago but still make the travel because of the great service.

The is the BEST BARBERSHOP I’ve been to in SEATTLE, the service is great! I have no complaints. He is very professional and pays attention to detail. I have been coming here for the past 5 years and I have nothing bad to say.
