I had a great experience with Jonas at Los Barbers Barbershop. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, welcoming, and really paid attention to the details. He took his time, listened to exactly what I wanted, and delivered a clean, sharp cut that exceeded my expectations. You can tell Jonas takes pride in his craft. The atmosphere in the shop is laid updated, well lit and comfortable, and the quality of work is top tier. The first time I came here, I had a wonderful experience—that’s why I decided to return. Today is Sunday, September 14th, just a day after my birthday, and I came in for something simple: a lineup. When I arrived, the door was locked but I noticed a barber inside working with a customer. I tapped on the door to let them know I was there and waited patiently. After several minutes, the barber finally turned around, looked at me, and simply said “no.” I was shocked. I wasn’t asking for much, just a quick lineup. I’m not sure if the refusal was because he spoke in Spanish and I didn't or another reason, but either way, I left feeling very disrespected. Made an appointment with Victor and it went great. A bit rough at the start, but he did a fabulous job! I've had a couple days to play with it and everyone, so far, has loved the cut too. Thank you! Next time, however, I'll be wearing headphones, just so I don't 'seem' to impede on gentman's spaces 😁 Definitely recommend! And I will be going back. Thanks Victor!
