I went today for the first time. Was very excited to get a dark hair consultation. I arrived early because was not sure how far it was from my job. My appointment was for 1:30 pm I arrived at 1pm. I checked in front desk does not acknowledge you no welcome at all. Waited because it said it was printing a badge. Lady at front desk said just have a seat is not really printing. I sat down and patiently waited for my turn. When it was finally 1:30 pm no one came for me. Prior to that one of the receptionist came to me and asked my name and said I just want to confirm. It was 1:40 pm No one came to get me and other people were being seated. I went to ask front desk. Lady told me you was here early I said I do know she say your appt is for 1:30 pm I said I know but it’s 1:40pm right now. Then

It's always nice to visit there. Always come out looking better.

Lorel is a good company. Try out the color lab; you can get a new color and earn a few dollars.
