I had such a great experience at ,Oreal! From the hair consult with Michelle to the team that did the curly hair study, everyone is always so nice, and helpful. I did a curly hair study, and let me tell you, mu hair has never looked and felt so amazing. I keep getting compliments on my curls, and I tell everyone it's thanks to L'Oreal. Always professional and a great experience. I highly recommend!

I actually thought they would have better deals. But a lot of their items were only $5 cheaper than what's actually in the stores. If you know prices and you know where to shop, you know that these are not real bargains. And they didn't have enough of sought after items that people want. It was lackluster for me.

Edited: update 11/20/23 - When they emailed me back about it they said it's final sale and that I may have better luck mixing ut with another color. Never shopping there again. I didn't even open the box! I don't want to mix it with another color. I want my shade! I went to the company store for the first time. I've been doing the panelist surveys for a year or two here and there whenever I have a chance. The employees were extremely rude to me. I asked one employee a question and she told me to ask someone else because she has to go to the bathroom. Another employee actually told me the wrong color for the Landon's foundation because she said they switched formulas recently and it's a different number based on what it was before.
