Lorraine is truly amazing. I went in for a full highlight with a root melt and left absolutely obsessed with my hair. The blend is seamless, the blonde is bright but soft, and everything looks so shiny and healthy. She also did a custom hair treatment that smelled heavenly and made my hair feel unreal. On top of her talent, she’s just such a pleasure to be around. And somehow, on top of all that, she makes the absolute best Café con Leche. It’s always such a good experience sitting in her chair. Highly recommend Lorraine if you want beautiful hair and to actually enjoy your appointment.

Lorraine was introduced to me by one of my good friends after my previous hairdresser left her last salon unexpectedly. I was able to make an appointment very easily in the timeframe that I needed for my root grow out. The Salon’s location is very convenient, right off of Kennedy and there is free parking! When working with my hair, Lorraine listened to what I was looking for and made some suggestions of her own. She was very patient We spent about four hours together that first night and I left a very happy customer. My gray roots were touched up well and the highlights she did blended in beautifully. The blowout and style at the end left my hair feeling sleek and gorgeous. I highly recommend going to see Lorraine for any of your hair needs.

I am so grateful to Lorraine! She saved my very thick, curly hair at my first appt when it was in terrible shape from previous relaxers. She knew exactly which treatment (a texturizer) was better suited to keep my hair healthy while still achieving my goal. She was right, and also gave me the perfect curly cut to start shedding some of the damage that had been done. I can’t describe how much I love my hair after visiting Lorraine. I have wavy/curly hair, but because it is very fine, I’ve had multiple bad experiences with curly cuts and had become resigned to thinking I would never truly like my hair. I found Lorraine after much Google searching, and got a highlight, color, and curly cut. She is not only super sweet and patient, but incredibly knowledgeable, and took the time to really figure out how to bring the best out of my hair. She also showed me step by step how to style it at home. She was worth every penny - my hair is bouncy and looks fuller, the color is gorgeous, and my curls are popping. When I met with her for my consultation she made me feel so comfortable listened to what I wanted and came up with a plan. Fast forward I went to my appointment gave me some caramel highlights and a curly cut and I’m absolutely loving it. After doing blonde for a long time it eventually ruined my curl pattern and she brought it back to life. I have more volume to my hair looks curlier and more healthy.
