Stopped in to ask if she had time for a walk-in cut, very simple and quick. She rudely stated, "I don't do walk-ins, I'm very busy." Meanwhile, the salon was empty, and not a single car was in the parking lot.
I scheduled an appointment and didn't realize that I had a Dr. Appt the same day, I tried to reschedule and lori was very rude to me over the phone and even hung up on me. I wouldn't recommend this business to anybody!
Great place to get your hair cut. Lori does a wonderful job.
