I called to inquire about services and products. I made my first appt. with Salon for today. Atmosphere is superior. Low key professionals: Quiet, skilled, simple, elegant, pleasant. Experience was detailed, relaxing, unhurried. Salon is organized, very attractive, well supplied and well run. Results are excellent. I felt very comfortable at Lori Ashley Salon. They offer a menu when I ask but they do not push or upsell. They respect the experience of the moment. I appreciate that.

Alicia was the first massage therapist that I’ve ever seen and she will be the only one I will continue to see! She did such a fantastic job at making sure I was relaxed the whole time and she made sure she hit every spot I needed her to. She really is the best! I highly recommend seeing her!!

Alicia is the only massage therapist I willingly will go to!! She knows everything I need — between the type of job I work and the physical effects it has, and what areas of my body need the most work. You’ll never have to worry about injury or being uncomfortable. I couldn’t recommend anyone better!!

I had a hot stone massage with Alicia recently it was a awesome experience I enjoyed it immensely the time went to fast I felt so good afterwards. Would recommend Alicia and the hot stone massage to everyone. JoAnn

Very nice salon!!!! Friendly staff! So easy to talk to about what you're trying to have accomplished with your hair (highlights, lowlights, toner, trim, and grey root coverage). They are very knowledgeable. Emily was super nice and did a nice job with my hair. Also, I got an appointment very shortly after I called. I plan on going back!
