Doesn’t give an option to review the LOREAL on the 60 New England Ave. ZERO STARS. They only use one dock for OTR unloading. 11-11:30 is their break. I checked in at 10am for my 10:30. They will take your keys when unloading, It’s 12:30 still haven’t unloaded. They will unload n give docks to LTL companies even if they come after you. Spoke to the lady that it’s inhumane for us to wait in the trucks for over 2 hours to get unloaded when you take our keys. (COMPANY POLICY BS) Do yourself a favor and sit inside Atleast you won’t be burning in the heat. Won’t deliver here again!
