Wasn't so bad a few months ago, but now they take your key, and you can't idle your truck, even in 95⁰+ heat. Absolutely uncalled for, could just lock the airline like they used to do.

This review is specifically for the company store. The company store is on site in the North Building and is for employees (and invited family/friends) to shop L'OREAL products at a discount. If you have not gone to the company store in the last couple of years because of covid,  I feel that you should be warned before returning. The wonderful ladies that used to work on the company's store have pretty much all retired.  The customer service representative in the store now (2021/2022) is the most Karen of all Karens that I have ever encountered. Be ready for a condescending and belittling interaction no matter what you do or how nice you are. Worst place to deliver, no bathroom allowance to driver by night manager, not portable bathroom available, lazy and worst staff that i have ever seen took them 30 min to say no to use for bathroom. Lazy people

Drivers only, do not follow the gps after you turn on Vulcan drive it is a deadend that is declared on the turn, but the shipping dpt is the problem... You must slow up, look to the right, and on the next turn you will see a metal like structure you will turn to drive under... Keep straight, I don't know what first dock is for, but continue straight til you reach the fence, if looking for chemical pick up first door left side of building... But dry van proceed futher while looking to the left for shipping/recieving office...
