MY HAIR IS ORANGE!!! i have paid upwards of $600 for my hair to get done there twice this past 3 months and they cannot get it right. it has NEVER come out the way i’ve asked it to. however, the issue isn’t leaving the salon it’s the two weeks after when all my money goes DOWN the drain and my hair is left completely stripped of its color faded to orange. i use heat protectant, color safe shampoo, AND i’ve done a few purple shampoo treatments. needless to say i spend $400 the last time I got my hair done there and this is my hair 3 weeks after, the worst part of it all is she used ashy based hair color for my hair. there is NO REASON, my hair should be fading reddish orange. i’m utterly shocked, and even more disappointed that the store manager still has not picked up the phone and called

I’m writing to share my feedback regarding the gel pedicure service I received. The total cost was $85, and unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the result. Although the technician was kind and polite, the quality of the work was not good. As shown in the photos attached, some of the nails are wrinkled and uneven. For this price, I expected a much better finish. Because of this, I don’t feel the service was worth the cost, nor does it reflect the standard of a positive review.

I had scheduled an appointment with Olivia specifically and had a great time!! She was soooo personable and made the whole appointment feel like a hangout between two friends. Also, my nail set turned out fantastic. She was super helpful when picking out designs and communicated what she thought would look best!

My son and I both had great haircuts from Jillian and Samantha today. The staff was very helpful and friendly! We will definitely be going back!!!
