Loosen Up! Massage & Facial Spa

On 2.21.26, my friend and I went to get a couples massage (30 min body + 30 min foot) and this was our experience… First, they were flexible with time which was nice. We originally scheduled for 6:30 but needed it pushed back which they were able to push it to 7. Although when it was 7:01, they called us to see how far we were (we were just pulling in). I just feel like that was weird because it hasn’t even been five whole minutes… Anyways when it came to the actual massage, they didn’t ask if we were getting a Swedish or deep tissue massage. Which in this case, my friend seemed to have gotten a Swedish and I got a deep body. My masseuse was pretty rough on my body which is unenjoyable for half the time. This place deserves way more than 5 stars. I haven’t had a massage in almost 3 years. My first time here and I was so impressed. The owner is extremely nice and the place is very clean. The massage was absolutely amazing. 90 minutes of relaxation literally. I can’t wait to come back again. You got yourself a new customer!!!!

First time there and I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the spa and the organization of the rooms. However, the room was very, very cold. And instead of a blanket like most spas use, they use a bath size towel, So your feet and your arms are exposed while you’re getting a massage. My masseuse was nice, but never introduced herself I have no idea what her name was. I got a 90 minute massage no one asked if I wanted a Swedish or deep tissue. She basically rubbed me for 90 minutes, There was no real pressure. However the hot stone was enjoyable. At the end when I went upfront to pay, I thought I gave a very generous tip, but the person that checked me out and the masseuse was standing there and gave me the weirdest look so I felt obligated to give an additional five dollars. I have been getting massages here since they opened. I am here a few times a month. I always get treated great and the staff is very friendly. The massage is great, they give you the full 60 minutes. I always feel better when I leave. Often times I fall asleep on the massage table because it is so relaxing. I would recommend Loosen up to anyone that asked about where to go for a peaceful relaxing massage.

Leah and Lucy were absolutely great! We asked for a strong massage and they gave us such a strong massage where I almost had to quit. It felt so good.! They really dug in there!!! I left there feeling great. We did a couples massage for an hour and I wish I would’ve done an hour and a half
