She is absolutely wonderful and I tip well I feel the service is under priced. I needed a focused area and she did very i tensile work. I found myself booking double the time a week later for more work.

This is the only spa I go to for getting massages and/or facials. I don't get them often, but anytime I get a massage (often the half hour one) they never disappoint. I used to go to a different spa in Fort Myers, but that one and many others just can't compare to the overall quality and the pricing Lool Ha provides. What I like most is the affordability of the 30-minute massage and how many features are included in the session (hot towels, stones, essential oils), which I had to pay for separately at my past spa. My massage therapist here typically uses the citrus-scented essential oil and hovers her hands above my face at the beginning of each session, which I also love.
